Kim & Lee has provided a wide range of accounting, audit, tax, and management consulting services to businesses across the U.S. for more than 50 years. We have developed a solid reputation for having successful relationships with those we serve. Founded in 1972 by Sung Chul Kim and Jay G. Davis, we are now one of the largest Korean-American CPA firms in the U.S. as well as one of the most experienced minority-owned accounting firms in the California business community.

What We Deliver

Quality is the primary focus on our services. We vigorously adhere to our quality control system and actively participate in the peer review program of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA).


During every peer review independently conducted on our firm since the 1980s when the program was developed, we have received “clean” reports. That means we are in compliance with the profession’s quality standards.
