Mark’s experience spans both audit and taxation as he helps both local and international businesses. From auditing nonpublic companies to reviewing financial statements to providing tax advice to U.S. subsidiaries of Korean public companies, Mark works with diverse businesses around the world.

The Seoul, Korea, native worked for a real estate investment company for a year before joining Kim & Lee in 2000. In addition to his work with clients, Mark is responsible for staff scheduling and supervision of both tax and attestation projects.

Mark and his wife have a daughter and a son. They reside in Los Angeles.
