Delivering Success: Reduced taxes on the sale of a business

When a long-term client decided to sell his retail business, James wanted to find ways for the client to reduce taxes owed as a result of the sale. He suggested a presale trust and connected the client with legal and financial professionals who assured the client this was both a legal and beneficial strategy. Now, the trust pays the client annually a portion of the sale. Funds are secure since the client has control over the trust, and the client has experienced significant tax savings as a result.
